This zoning code is consistent with the City of Arapahoe’s adopted comprehensive plan. Any amendments to this chapter, including but not limited to, rezoning approval, and all development approvals, shall be consistent with the adopted comprehensive plan, as it is amended, in effect at the time of the request for amendments. An amendment to the text of the zoning code is consistent, and in accordance, with the comprehensive plan if it complies with the goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as any vision statement contained in the comprehensive plan.
